Functional Fitness

This is the class that will pave the way to becoming a stronger and more efficient climber. 

Fitness is the key for movement. Arq’s functional fitness class offers a variety of workouts that lead to a healthier form of movement, and specifically how to strengthen your climbing.  Be it “every-day life” or pursuit of performance in climbing, each class will focus on the foundation of fitness, moving into specific movements that give overall performance increase. Improve strength, finger power, power-endurance, flexibility, and a well-rounded healthier lifestyle.

  • March 7th  – April 11th, (6 weeks)
  • Offered every tuesday, 2 hour session (7:30pm – 9:30pm)
  • For ages 14 and up
